Standards: Company standards are high and may be higher than your own life; this is a great opportunity to raise your own personal standards; Honor the Truth.

Being on time: Means being at the designated place at the designated time ready to go; A 24 hour cancellation notice is respectfully requested; The day starts upon arrival at the designated site ready to go; A half hour lunch break is included in the 8-hour workday along with 2 15 minute breaks; Keep your word.

Do each job completely: Do each job completely; Give your best at all times; You are paid to do the job correctly the first time, poor workmanship will be corrected on your own time and at your own expense; Be Humble.

Team Player: Don't take things personally; What happens on the job site is not about you; There may not be time to be polite by the boss; Get over it, Fast; If everyone else is wrong and you are right you're not being supportable; Ask for HELP; Don't engage your Ego. However, remember to Have Fun

How to act with the customer: Be polite; No profanity; Leave your anger and attitude at home; Keep everything on a professional level; Be an example to children, they're watching you  All Questions are answered by LEAD MAN.

Your well-being is your own responsibility: Give 100% to your break time; Keep track of your belongings; Keep hydrated and eat well; If you are not feeling well or under the influence stay home, don't jeopardize the other men; Urine testing will happen; Be Honorable.

Honor the site: If you move something, put it back; If you make a mess, clean it up; If you break something notify the lead man; Leave the site better than you found it DAILY; Treat the site as if you were a guest.

Don't make anything up: Make sure you get or give clear instructions; If you start a sentence with "I think, Should I, Maybe, I thought, We used to do it like this" your making it up; A mistake is only stupid If the same one happens twice; Commitment before Ego.

Chain of command: Be clear who the lead man and his boss(es) are; Earn and honor rank.

Dress Code: Look presentable and professional at all times; No ripped or torn clothing; During the summer months T-shirts must be worn at ALL times

Site Etiquette: Sexual Harassment is a highly sensitive area; No Ogling, Whistling, Yelling out Obscenities or any Vulgar Gestures while on the work site; Use common sense; Any form of Sexual Harassment will result in immediate termination, NO EXEPTIONS.
